Brief of November 2023 Meeting

1) The Minutes of last month meeting were read out and confirmed.

2) The Receipt & Payment along with income & expenditure for the M/o Oct-2023 was approved.

3) The New Membership of 7 applicants was approved.

4) The withdrawal of membership of 4 members was accepted.

5) Loan sanctioned by the loan committee during the month was approved.

6) As per Govt. Of Maharashtra Circular the DA of Employees of Society is increased from 42% to 46%.

7) It is resolved to form Committee for Software development under the chairmanship of Shri P.P Kolte and members of committee are Shri A.B Suryawanshi, Shri S.B Parihar & Shri V.D Dubey. The committee will submit the report up to 31.01.2024.

8) It is resolved to form Committee to study & propose any changes in Mrugchaya Scheme under the chairmanship of Shri J.V Dethe and members of committee are Shri P.P Johari, Shri N.D Padole, Shri S.W Thawari & Smt Nisha P Choudhari. The committee will submit the report up to 31.01.2024.

9) It is resolved to extend the period of existing Damini RD to 1/2/3 years. The rate of interest will be 7.25% w.e f 01.12.2023. Damini RD can be started at any time/in any month. Damini RD can be withdrawn at any time/any month. No interest will be paid if withdrawn within 3 months.
