Minutes Of Meeting

1) The Minutes of last month meeting were read out and confirmed.

2) The Receipt & Payment along with income & expenditure for the M/o May-2024 was approved.

3) The New Membership of 6 applicants was approved.

4) The withdrawal of membership of 13 members was accepted.

5) Loan sanctioned by the loan committee during the month was approved.

6) It was resolved to grant medical Aid of Rs.12,500/- to Er. Sunil Laxmanrao Garate (M.No.3589) of CSTPS.

7) The Statutory Audit report of FY 2023-24 is submitted by CA Amit Madhukar Jain & Co. The Audit report was discussed & points raised in report are to be complied. The Compliance report is to be submitted to Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies. After detailed discussion, it was resolved to submit the compliance report.
